Main Idea : To support the Pagoh Education Hub in offering a conducive learning environment by providing residential colleges and shared facilities for its students. It is envisioned to be a centralised location where students of the Pagoh Education Hub can congregate, do revisions, rest and engage in social as well as recreational activities for an overall rewarding learning experience.

The development of the Student Village is part of the Pagoh Education Hub to house students from each of the 4 respective universities. A site covering an area of 55 acres adjacent to the Education Hub had been allocated for this development, comprising of hostel blocks, supporting facilities and ancillary buildings. Completed in 2017, it is capable of housing approximately 10,000 students, an equivalent of 80% of the Pagoh Education Hub’s student population.

Unlike the Pagoh Education Hub project where it is developed by a Joint Venture between Tunas Selatan Construction and Sime Darby Property Berhad, the student village is solely developed by Tunas Selatan Construction.

Under this endeavour, Tunas Selatan had managed to secure the contracts to develop the student hostels for Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) and International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM).
